The best bars to catch the Argentina National Team in North America cover all 3 countries hosting the 2026 FIFA World Cup: the US, Canada, and Mexico. The anchor for this network is Baires Grill, the Argentine steakhouse chain that partnered up with the Argentine Football Association as their Official Restaurant in 2025. From Little Buenos Aires in Doral to Hell's Kitchen in Manhattan, Baires Grill has 9 US locations broadcasting every La Albiceleste match, with official AFA national team merch on site through the 2026 World Cup. Beyond that network, this guide scopes out the top venues and bars dedicated to soccer fans across the continent: there's Manolo in Miami Beach, Wynwood's Grails (which hosts Superclasico watch-parties), Legends and Banter Bar in New York (home to River Plate's NYC branch), Studio City's LALA's (which had the national team in 2024), Houston's Sal y Pimienta, Toronto's Bar Bacan (which hosted a 2022 World Cup Final viewing party), and in Mexico City, there's Cambalache in Polanco.
When there isn't a dedicated Argentine spot in a 2026 host city (like Atlanta, Boston or Philly), this guide points you to the city's top soccer-lovin' bar.
Every venue here is showing the footy on TV, we've combined two types of spots: Argentine steakhouses and parrillas that broadcast the matches (led by Baires Grill's network) for World Cup, and dedicated soccer bars built just for match-day, like Grails in Wynwood (where they host ticketed River Plate v Boca Juniors Superclasico watch-parties), Legends in Manhattan (home turf of River Plate NYC), and Banter Bar in Brooklyn (home of the River Plate Brooklyn branch). We list all the Buenos Aires-based club games and World Cup action alongside Argentina national team coverage. The Superclasico is covered on Fanatiz, Paramount Plus, fubo, and TyC Sports Internacional, but only the bigger parrillas and dedicated bars reliably show those club games, the smaller Argentine spots will show the national team and World Cup by default, and club games if you ask nicely.
This 2026 guide lists verified Argentine restaurants, parrillas, and AFA-affiliated venues, we've confirmed them with official press releases, the AFA, supporter records, and direct verification of each bar to make sure they're still in business. We're still figuring out our methodology here, so please do drop a line to help us improve this list and add any spots we've missed.

Argentina is the reigning champion of the FIFA World Cup after winning in Qatar 2022. They are in Group J for the 2026 tournament, along with Algeria, Austria and Jordan, and they've got a great draw. The group-stage schedule means that their matches will be played across different host venues in the US, Mexico and Canada. The tournament starts on June 11th and finishes on July 19th 2026.
The squad will be led by the legendary Lionel Messi, Julian Alvarez, Enzo Fernandez, Alexis Mac Allister, Emiliano Martinez and Lautaro Martinez under the management of Lionel Scaloni. Argentina are currently third in the FIFA rankings ahead of the tournament.
So if you're heading to the host cities for the 2026 World Cup then Baires Grill has got you covered, they have a partnership with the AFA to open Baires Grill restaurants in Miami (Hard Rock Stadium, seven matches), New York and New Jersey (MetLife Stadium, eight matches) and Orlando (which opens in February 2026). If you're heading to the other host cities then take a look at our guide for the best places to grab a bite and watch the action. The Best Spots to Catch the Argentina NT in the United States, You should be able to find them on the Baires Grill network, the official restaurant partner of the Argentina Football Association. They've got locations all over the place in Doral, Coral Gables, Miami Beach, Brickell, Sunny Isles, Weston, Fort Lauderdale Las Olas, Manhattan Hell's Kitchen, plus Orlando is due to open up in February 2026. Outside of Baires Grill, if you're looking for some authentic Argentine grub and a place to watch the games, you've got options like Manolo in Miami Beach North Beach, La Fusta in North Bergen, LALA's Argentine Grill in Studio City, and Sal y Pimienta Kitchen in Houston. And if you're in one of the 2026 World Cup host cities without an Argentine-affiliated spot, you might want to check out Brewhouse Cafe in Atlanta, The Banshee in Boston, or Lion Sports Bar in Philadelphia, those are your best bets for a good footy-fueled atmosphere.
For Argentina group-stage matches at the 2026 FIFA World Cup, try to get to any AFA-affiliated Baires Grill location 60 to 90 minutes before kickoff. Doral, Las Olas, and the Manhattan flagship are probably your best bets for that. For Manolo Miami Beach, LALA's Studio City, and Sal y Pimienta Houston, 30 to 60 minutes should be enough for weekend morning kickoffs. For the knockout matches and the Final at MetLife on July 19, 2026, plan to arrive 2 hours ahead for the Baires Grill Manhattan and Las Olas locations and book in advance through the Baires Grill site.
Reserve a table through bairesgrill.com for any Baires Grill location, especially for Argentina matches when the 2026 World Cup is on, you can bet they'll be buzzing on those days. Manolo Miami Beach is the one to call for reservations at (305) 868-4381 , especially if you want the evening service, it gets pretty crazy then. La Fusta in North Bergen takes reservations over the phone at (201) 770-1950. Now LALA's Argentine Grill lets you book through lalasgrill.com and Sal y Pimienta at CityCentre take reservations directly. If you're going to a knockout round match, you're going to want to get in there 7, 10 days ahead of time, no matter which AFA-affiliated spot you choose.
Baires Grill has all its locations open to families during the day and night, just like Manolo Miami Beach, La Fusta in North Bergen, LALA's place in Studio City and Sal y Pimienta in Houston. Argentinian restaurants are always a family affair, Sunday roast is basically the weekend family get-together. Brewhouse Atlanta and The Banshee in Boston will let kids in during morning kickoffs, but get ready for them to change into 21+ spots in the evening, best to confirm their rules before you show up. Lion in Philadelphia will usually allow families to kick back in the morning but like those other places, they're more for grownups at night.
Argentina's 2026 World Cup games are always a bit of a tricky scheduling thing, but it looks like most of their matches will be on in the afternoon or early evening on the East Coast, nothing too late, anyway. But for you West Coasters out there, you'll want to keep an eye on the clock because those East Coast matches will be on a bit earlier for you. Manolo Miami Beach is the last one out there, staying open til midnight, so if you want to grab a late night bite or celebrate after the game, that's the place to go.
We worked out which bars were in with the AFA (Argentina's football association) from Baires Grill's website, Argentina's newspapers and an article from 2025 about their partnership with Leandro Petersen, their marketing and commercial boss. We checked with all the major papers in the States (New Jersey Monthly, WLRN, L.A. Taco, etc) and just asked the places themselves if they were good to go. We looked at the top places to grab a drink on TripAdvisor and Yelp, too, to make sure we weren't missing out on anything. If a place we wanted to pick wasn't an Argentine bar, we looked for one that was super into soccer and checked out their reviews on Men in Blazers and The Infatuation and made sure they showed international football. Any place that isn't going to be open in 2026 got left off the list.

If you're looking for the real deal, you'll want to hit up one of the dedicated soccer bars, like Grails in Wynwood, they've hosted some epic watch parties with 70-plus TVs, complete with River Plate v Boca Juniors Superclasico. The Football Factory at Legends in Manhattan's got River Plate's NYC following covered, and Banter Bar in Williamsburg's got a similar vibe going on. But, if you're looking for games featuring Argentina's national team, or a Superclasico when it's a big game, the AFA-partnered Baires Grill locations or a real Argentine parrilla will have you covered, just check in advance to see if they're showing club fixtures. You can also catch Argentine club football on Fanatiz, Paramount Plus, fubo, or TyC Sports Internacional, which is pretty much the only way you'll catch any club games at all, Baires Grill won't have all the club fixtures, but they'll have the national team action and a few select club matches.
Baires Grill is Argentina's official restaurant partner, which was finalized in 2025, so you know their locations are going to be the places to be for all the national team matches during the 2026 World Cup. With Gustavo Abudiab at the helm of Baires Grill and Leandro Petersen from the AFA on board, they've got a deal in place to bring all the action to their entire network, that's nine spots in South Florida and Manhattan, plus the new Orlando location opening in 2026. They'll have live coverage of all the matches and official national team gear on sale, too.
If you're looking for a spot with a big Argentine population, South Florida's your best bet. Doral, Aventura, Sunny Isles, and Miami Beach North Beach are all pretty much covered, and there's a nice chunk of Argentines in Hudson County New Jersey too, especially around Bergenline Avenue. If you're on the west coast, Los Angeles has a good chunk of Argentine expats in Studio City, Hollywood, and Pasadena. You'll also find smaller but still established communities in Houston, New York City, and Orlando.
Argentina's in group J, so we'll have to wait till the schedule is finalized to know the exact kickoff times for all their matches. But, with the group-stage matches likely to fall in evening ET windows for US viewers, and afternoon and morning ET options for the Mexico and Pacific Coast US matches, you'll probably be able to catch most of the action live on your TV. And, of course, the knockout stages will likely air in the afternoons and evenings ET, so you won't miss a single minute of the action.
Argentina's got some big names in their group, and now we just need to see where they end up playing all their group-stage matches. As soon as the schedule is finalized, you'll be able to see who their hosts are. The 2026 World Cup's going to have 16 host venues in total, spread out across the US, Mexico, and Canada. See the next question for more on the tournament schedule.
Fair question, Baires Grill's a bit of both, to be honest. Officially, they're a restaurant, but they've definitely got the setup for a sports bar too, especially with all the live sport on the TVs and the national team swag on sale. And don't forget, they'll be showing all the Argentina matches during the 2026 World Cup, plus some select club fixtures, so that's definitely a sports bar vibe going on.A: Baires Grill, that's an Argentine steakhouse, not a sports bar. They have got some TV screens in for the matches under the AFA Official Restaurant program, but the main thing is you're there for the full service dining experience: good ol' parrilla, empanadas, and some nice Argentine wine. If you're looking for a full-on sports-bar atmosphere during the big matches, you're going to have to book in advance and be prepared to stay for the whole match-and-dinner ordeal. Don't go in expecting some wild sports-bar setup either. If you want a pure sports-bar experience in a city that doesn't have an Argentine restaurant, the 2026 FIFA World Cup host city picks (Brewhouse Atlanta, The Banshee Boston, Lion Philadelphia) are probably better bets.
Yeah, you can bring a group of 10 or more to a Baires Grill on a big-match weekend but you should probably book ahead of time. All Baires Grill locations do take group bookings, Doral, Las Olas and Coral Gables are pretty good for 10 to 30 person parties. La Fusta North Bergen, Sal y Pimienta Houston, and LALA's Studio City all take group reservations too. Manolo Miami Beach is a bit more casual but they do take phone reservations for larger groups. For Brewhouse Atlanta, The Banshee Boston, and Lion Philadelphia, you'll just have to contact each place directly to sort out big-match group plans.
FIFA World Cup 2026 US broadcast rights are with Fox Sports (English) and Telemundo (Spanish) and they've got full match coverage on broadcast TV, the FOX Sports app, and Peacock. Outside the world cup, Argentine national team friendlies and Copa America matches usually air on Fubo, Paramount+, and Univision/TUDN. For Argentine Primera Division club football, you're probably looking at Fanatiz, fubo, and ViX.
So, Baires Grill founder Gustavo Abudiab says the story goes back to November 2022 when the AFA played a friendly in Miami and they all stayed in Fort Lauderdale. Baires Grill on Las Olas closed down to host a bunch of the AFA people and it ended up being this little good-luck ritual that Argentina stuck with all the way through to the Qatar World Cup. They formalised the partnership in 2025 with AFA's Commercial and Marketing Director Leandro Petersen leading the deal. For 2026, it looks like we can expect official national team merch, live match broadcasts at all locations, and some themed events.
Argentina doesn't really have a nationwide official fan club type setup like the Spanish guys have. But there are these local Argentine community organisations in the US that run viewing parties, especially in New York, South Florida, and places like that. The AFA have started getting a bit more formal with their US presence in the past year or so, partnering up with Baires Grill in 2025 and with For Soccer in November 2024.
Yeah, all the Baires Grill locations welcome families during the day, as do Manolo Miami Beach, La Fusta North Bergen, LALA's Studio City, and Sal y Pimienta Houston. Argentine culture is pretty family-orientated anyway, especially on Sundays. The 2026 FIFA World Cup host city bars are generally okay with families for morning and early-afternoon kickoffs but they do tend to get a bit more adult-orientated in the evenings. Just give the venue a ring and ask about any age restrictions on big-match days.
