Conclusion

Phoenix’s sports bars offer diverse options for NFL fans, from trendy downtown spots like The Vig Fillmore to laid-back favorites like Santisi Brothers. With the Arizona Cardinals’ growing popularity and a lively sports culture, these venues are perfect for cheering on game day. Enjoy great food, refreshing drinks, and the electric atmosphere of Phoenix’s best sports bars.Having spent the last 2 weeks in Scottsdale/ Desert Ridge, there are lots of chain sports bars like Marjeles, Twin Peaks, Thirsty Lion, and the Yard House which are solid and have all the games with decent menus and good drink offering and happy hours. The Arena and Zipps are also great local places with strong menus and accomodate out of town games and are always crowded (so prepare). Zipps was my favorite (with great burgers), but no shortage of options. We are in the early stages of refining our database of great sports bars around the world. As an American who spends part of the year in the United States, I am constantly researching new places to watch the NBA, NFL, and other Global sports leagues (European Soccer/ Football, Australian AFL, Olympics, Extreme Sports, etc.). While you can always fall back on major chains like Buffalo Wild Wings, Hooters, Dave and Busters, etc. for in-market and out of market sports subscriptions for “expats” and business travelers looking for their favorite teams and sports, the local flavor and local team character of independent bars can’t be matched.Let us know if you have a favorite spot we missed or feedback on our initial suggestions, and we’ll include it in our next guide to the best sports bars in the Phoenix area!
