What Makes It Special

Olde Magoun's is the home of Bayern Munich Fans of Boston and one of the most committed Bayern venues anywhere on the Eastern seaboard. Every September the saloon hosts a full-on Bayern Oktoberfest celebration that starts the moment a Bundesliga match kicks off, with a ceremonial tapping of a Paulaner Weisn keg, live music from German oompah band Tuba Frau, and a special Bavarian-themed food menu. The venue has been running this signature event for years and it remains one of the best Bayern viewing parties in the Northeast. This was my old hood from 2000-2004.
