The Brinehouse, located in Safety Harbor, opened its doors in September 2021, born from the passion of owners Tracy and Marti Moulson, who sought to offer delicious and unique dining to their community. Collaborating with Chef Tony Bruno, The Brinehouse transforms brined and marinated meats, finishing them on a wood-burning grill, creating dishes that stand out in the vibrant New American cuisine scene.
