- What Makes It Special: South Bay viewing headquarters with multiple screens creates a Lions community for displaced fans living in Los Angeles area. Morning game atmosphere accommodates West Coast time zone while Detroit food options provide taste of home. This is my favorite for the El Segundo commercial area (that’s not as good as the Hermosa Pier strip of sports bars), but the Tavern is a vibrant bar for an NFL Sunday.
- Sports Setup: Multiple screens throughout the South Bay location provide comprehensive Lions coverage with early morning specials accommodating Pacific time zone challenges. VERY cozy, but the Lions fan section reservations ensure a dedicated space for serious team viewing.
- Food & Drink: Really good breakfast menu with and craft beer selection. Free weekend parking provides convenience rare in Los Angeles area but El Segundo is dead on Sundays.
- Atmosphere: Morning game atmosphere where displaced Lions fans gather. Local Lions community creates authentic Detroit energy in this nice niche between the South Bay ad the Westside of LA. Good Owners!!
